My name is La Tonya Cook, your friendly neighborhood Mobile Notary Public and Personal/Virtual Assistant! I am originally from New Jersey, where in 2016 I completed undergraduate studies at Thomas Edison State University. One year later, I would relocate 1100 miles in search of a better quality of life. I separated from my long-term employer where I had worked for 14 years in various secretarial roles for a state-run public school system. Upon arrival, rideshare driving became my full-time gig for a year or so before I landed a permanent work from home position at a prominent company.
Fast forward, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that moving has been one of the best adult decisions I have made thus far. The transition hasn’t been easy but the positive change in and advancement of my life cannot be disputed. My daughter and I are blessed and delighted to have called Tallahassee home for the past four years and look forward to what the future holds.
